The Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale of EPS GmbH apply. For assembly services, the VDMA Conditions for Assembly Abroad apply in their currently valid version. For repairs, the VDMA Conditions for Repairs to Machines and Systems for Foreign Transactions apply in their currently valid version.
If it is agreed that the delivery item will be commissioned by EPS GmbH at the customer’s site, all warranty claims of the customer shall expire if the customer carries out the commissioning himself without consulting EPS GmbH.
